On receiving the frame I was disappointed as it was not the one I had ordered. However, when I called the Picture Frame Studio they were extremely helpful - it was a simple mix-up at their end, and they said they would rectify the problem ASAP. Within a few days I received the correct frame, and am absolutely delighted with it. It has been very carefully put together, and is of an excellent quality. So despite the initial blip, I can highly recommend the Picture Frame Studio and would certainly use them again.
