The two frames I ordered and customised are beautiful and the perfect size. Very unhappy with delivery though. Got an email from you saying the frames were ready and I'd get an email regarding delivery yet they did not contact me. I wasn't given a chance to arrange to be there and the birthday surprise was ruined.
I would be unlikely to use the service again.
