I had ordered a Lowry print which turned out not to be a "regular" size. I wanted a natural oak (real wood) frame. It was easy to achieve this with the online system here - good explanation on how to and what to measure.
The frame was very well packed when it arrived in the time predicted.
I am delighted with the result and will certainly look here first the next time I need to get a frame.
