Upon receipt of my frame I discovered that I had ordered the wrong coloured frame. I phoned Picture Frame Studio and spoke to a gentleman who,I can only say, provided an exceptional level of service to get me sorted. it is rare to find such excellent customer service in many places but not this one.Thank you, I will have no hesitation in recommending this company.
