I ordered a panoramic frame recently..The process to custom make a frame was easy to understand. Communication was good with emails to confirm the stages towards delivery. The only disappointment was that the frame was left outside for 5 hours in the rain. I am pleased to say that the rainwater didn't cause damage to the frame ,which was a perfect fit for my photograph.
