Site was straightforward to use and dispatch was within time stated. Unfortunately, my email server treated the courier's delivery message as spam so I was unaware of the date/time. However, it was easy to arrange to pick up from local shop.
The frame itself was great and I had been sent comprehensive instructions for putting picture in.
Altogether, would recommend the company.
