I ordered 10 mounts. Order arrived 8 days later -only 2 mounts included. Rang and was told there had been an error and the rest would be sent immediately. They took another 4 days. The sizes are not correct on many of them and are out by 5mm plus, which makes a lot of difference on a 13 X 13 cm instead of 13.5 X 13.5cm mount. I am not happy as I tried to be exact with my measurements.
On the plus side, they are packaged well and there has been no damage in transit.
