It's the first time I've used Picture Frame and found them very good from start to finish. I found the web site easy to use and to order with step by step instruction regards size, colour of mount and materials for the frame. My main concern was what it would be like after transport but everything was fine and the company/transport company was excellent by keeping me informed as to the status of my frame, when it would arrive etc.., the day of delivery they contacted me by text to inform me of time it would arrive so I was able to inform them where to leave it if I wasn't in; that's always my concern when ordering over the net regards if anyone would be in and if not would they take it away again and so starts problems of getting it back again etc... etc.. Anyway, all was well and I would use this frame company again; the cost wasn't any cheaper than having it done on the high street (I recently had a picture framed on the high street so I could compare) but I had the frame much quicker than having it done on the high street, 3 weeks on the high street, 5 days from Picture Frame Studio.
