The frames were packed well to save damage in transit and are well made and we are very happy with the look of them. One of our frames was wrong, TOTALLY my fault and of course it would be the largest of the set, which was nearly 1m x 0.6m. I did not want to strip the picture before the new frames arrived but the original frame was a bit odd and the picture was slightly smaller than anticipated. There was no way that I could fix it so that I could use what was ordered. Contact with the company was swift and after it was ascertained that there was no possible fix, a new frame was offered. Although this is stated on the web site there was certainly no quibble. We can do no more than thoroughly recommend this company for product, delivery and service.
