The picture frame itself is lovely and just what I expected. The time from order to delivery was also very quick.
Two points - there was no confirmation email when I first ordered my frame which meant I had to email you to check you had received my order. Secondly, the frame had no name on the package, just an address so it was opened. Luckily my surname was on the back of the frame and the person opening the parcel (none too gently - he had no idea it contained a picture frame) recognized the name.
