Frames arrived quickly and were well packaged. There was no initial email confirmation (email arrived once delivery date was set, though this was after we called to enquire!)
Overall quality is high. Will happily use again. I especially liked the ability to preview the art/frames during the design process. Happy to provide finished frame photos!
