On time delivery and looked as expected.
Couple of possible areas for improvement:
Packaging - all good and safe but those larger copper staples are not great. They are hard to remove and can potential damage frames when removing from packaging.
Instructions - perhaps provide instructions for how best to take frame apart and mount pictures
