I ordered a relatively large photo frame. Unfortunately it arrived damaged and, it turns out, my measurements were slightly wrong. Picture Frame Studio dispatched a free replacement, with corrected measurements and upgraded mounting. The frame is truly beautiful - you really could not ask for better quality at this price. Customer service was exemplary. I couldn't be a happier customer.
