I am very pleased with the frame I ordered. Was packaged well. I was informed within an hour of delivery so didn't have to stay in waiting. I measured incorrectly and my frame was alittle big. Rang picture frame and they solved my problem instantly with no fuss or extra charge. Excellent service. Will use again and recommend
