The picture frame itself is awesome, where the star was lost was communication as after 8 working days I'd not heard anything I had to call to find that my frame choice was out of stock until the end of the month and would I like another choice. An email asking would have been better than me chasing up. To be fair it was then sent out the next day. Overall excellent frame.
