First, the website design is clear and easy to use. I was able to very quickly identify the type of frame, size etc and see what it would look like. Ordering was simple. I expected a confirmatory email but when none arrived it was a simple matter sorted by a quick phone call. Goods ordered on Monday evening and arrived on Thursday afternoon - very good considering one was a bespoke size. Packaging was excellent, fitting the pictures in the frames a doddle and as an extra touch some sticky backed felt pads were included along with the cord and other fittings to make sure there were no marks on the walls during the hanging process. All in all an excellent service - very pleased overall and will use again in the future.
