Order process was simple via the clear and easy to navigate website. Delivery was quicker than expected and I was kept up to date at all times via email and the courier app. Items were extremely well packaged for transit (with good internal separation and heavier duty external protection). Finished products were of such good quality that I have already placed an additional order for further frames. Overall, very good value for money.
