This is the first time we have ever used a picture framing service online, usually visiting a local shop to have all our frames made. Costs of doing this however seem to have escalated and the amount of time available to us to make such a trip seems virtually non existent so -'on-line' seemed the way to go! We were and still are complete novices at this and the website was extremely informative and indeed helpful although we do have a big issue with the largest frame which we need to resolve. The other 2 smaller ones however were perfect.....exactly what we were looking for and currently side along side a large photograph that we had framed professionally.
