I expected the picture frame to come ready made up, e.g. The Perspex in the frame and the screws screwed in for the string and the little cork protectors already on but it was a diy kit when it came and l was quite disappointed. Having said that my picture does look nice in the frame and the frame came packaged up extremely well.
