The frame looks great and was a good price.. but the picture hanging hook pack that the website said was included is not in the box!! The courier delivery was terrible! I requested to reschedule the delivery through the online system and it said that the details had been changed. But the courier still attempted to deliver on the original date and then 2 days later left it with a neighbour, grumbling that it had been in his van for 3 days (which you could tell from the state of the box, torn and battered and soaking wet!) Luckily the packaging has protected the frame but not impressed! And I have no hanging fittings - would ask that some be sent but I dead to think how wrong that delivery could go!
