I would say my overall opinion of your company is excellent. I am so delighted with the frame and mount, it was just as I had envisaged and my cross-stitch fitted it perfectly. I placed my order on the Friday and my frame was promptly delivered the following Tuesday, extremely well wrapped. That meant so much to me that someone had taken the care and trouble to protect the frame so well for it to arrive safely.
