There was a problem with the size of the picture frame we ordered. It arrived much smaller than what we ordered. something went wrong on the ordering section. Not sure whose fault this was. Phoned the company up and they sent us out another one along with a refund in full excluding post and packing. Good after sales service !! Definitely use them again.
