I didn't receive email confirmation of my order, but thought afterwards I might've entered it incorrectly and so followed it up the next day with a phone call. The office was closed for refurbishment, so I emailed, and again received no response. But I received a delivery notification just a day or so later, and another on the delivery date with a time, so am pleased overall with the service. The frames themselves provide good value for money and are just what I'd hoped for. I would definitely use Picture Frame Studio again.
