The order itself took several attempts to go through as the website was not working properly. I contacted you via your Facebook page, but did not receive a response.
I was not aware of the shipping or delivery times until after the order was placed. I emailed your customer service people, who did respond, but unfortunately the items did not arrive on time to present to our employee who was leaving.
