I telephoned Pimms Headquarters because I needed to buy some jugs to take to France with short notice. Everyone at the office was fantastically helpful and made sure that the package left the building super speedy. The parcel arrived in perfect condition and the jugs and stirrers made it to the ferry and onto France for the festivities.
We are introducing Pimms to all our French friends, it is very popular.
