This was my first tree from Pines and Needles. I did quite a lot of research and picked them as they looked like they had good quality trees, good prices and are BCTGA certified. They were very flexible with matching another suppliers price which I really appreciated and meant I could afford a slightly larger tree. I found the customer service experience very good, delivery came on time and they brought the tree upstairs for me. The tree itself it really beautiful, nice and full with no gaps (Nordmann Fir 6ft). I will definitely get my tree from them next year and highly recommend! :)
