I am a new customer at Pinnacle and will most likely be for some time to come. There was a slight issue on my last order so I contacted them on their (contact us) web site and left a message. It was about an hour later that I received a call from Andrew who had discovered what the problem was and assured me that it would be rectified immediately; and it was... If Andrew is not the owner of Pinnacle Armory the owner should be proud of employee's like Andrew. Thanks Andrew and Pinnacle Armory!
