Shipping cost too much. Still haven't got the product either. Not good when you get the review email before you get the product. Spoke on the phone with customer service. No help on shipping costs so don't waste your time. Nothing they can do. Ups problem. Date is a estimate only. For the price of half a Amazon prime 1 year subscription just for 1 product, i guess my expectations are too high. Hopefully receive product tomorrow. Hopefully doesn't get pushed back again.
