I am trying to find out about lost certificates and their replacements. On the chat response on your website - I have been promised three times that I will be phoned or emailed back within 24 hours. I am quite desperate now as I have not received any response from anyone in this last month.
What is a way forward in obtaining lost certificates. Cambridge were able to assist me on the website immediately and for a small charge.
