Overall, I have been impressed with the training. The Pitman campus is straight forward to use and the staff at the training centre are always very professional and helpful. The word 2016 course that I have recently completed was easy to follow and the exercises at the end of each module where useful. My only criticism is that on a couple of occasions I was unable to access the course due to server being down. I understand that these things can happen but, it is frustrating when you are trying to complete a course within a certain time frame.
