Ordered a personalised thermos mug, it arrived but unfortunately it was damaged by the couriers. I sent in photos to the customer service team and within 30 minutes I had a reply from a lady called Natalie.
She arranged a replacement and I received it the next day ! Wonderful customer service and a great product. Would definitely recommend and would like to highlight how kind and helpful Natalie was . They are brilliant !
