I made the mistake of ordering the wrong product and picked this up on my receipt. After only one email I received a response within a few hours and this was out of office hours telling me how they would go about getting the order changed to what I actually wanted. This was Wednesday night, and on Thursday the order was despatched and Friday I had the product in my hand. Overall they have helpful staff and a quick and brilliant service. My girlfriend needed to do a scrapbook for a family gift and I recommended the site and I will continue to do so in the future. Brilliant company.
