Hi, Firstly thank you so much for your production of the personalized jigsaw I ordered. I would also like to especially thank you after sales team who very kindly e-mailed me back the collage photograph that the jigsaw was based on so I could get a photo print of it. The only suggestion that I have is the presentation of the product should be addressed. I was a little disappointed that the jigsaw arrived in a small brown cardboard parcel box. I imagined it would been presented in a finished product bow, with a picture of the jigsaw image and the amount of pieces. I feel people would have no issue paying a little more for that addition.
