After not receiving my order before Christmas (Royal Mail, I believe), I informed PixaPrint. Within a couple of hours, they had looked into it, confirmed, the calender had been despatched, but not delivered. They immediately re-ordered another, to be made and sent out.
The replacement, was sent out with Special Delivery, which I had not originally paid for, and I received the package the day after despatch.
I'm pleased with how they handled this, from the reply to my original email, to ensuring I received the replacement in a timely fashion.
Highly likely to use PixaPrint again.
