I didn't want one of the standard layouts for the photographs on the mug but it was easy to place the pictures just where I wanted them.
The price, while not the cheapest, was competitive.
The delivery was unbelievably quick, even by Royal Mail.
The mug itself, well, it was a white mug - no complaints there.
