I made a mistake on my first order and pixaprints were very helpful and sorted out the order, unfortunately my new order never arrived, pixaprints were understanding and we had to wait the 10 working days to classified as lost once that had passed they were very efficient and sent the item special delivery :)
Excellent customer service will be using them again
