What a great site. Designing a personalised mug was a simple process even for someone who`s not artistic. The mugs arrived several days earlier than promised, were well packaged and looked great. Only reason for not giving a 5* is that the colours were softer or paler than I`d expected but that`s not a criticism. They looked great and the mugs were as nice as I`d hoped.
