Extremely Disappointing Experience We had an extremely frustrating experience with Pixartprinting. Despite submitting a file with a white font for the cover of our magazine, they printed it in orange, completely altering the intended design. When we raised the issue, they claimed it was because we hadn't selected a "premium finish." This explanation is both inadequate and unprofessional, as the color of the font should not be dependent on the finish. As a result, the printed magazines are unusable, and we are deeply dissatisfied with the outcome. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend Pixartprinting and will never work with them again.
