Website deleted my design. Order delayed because of this. I had to contact customer service for 4 days before they could figure out a solution. Designs cannot be saved or downloaded? Prices of items in my cart and shipping mysteriously went up by 600% while chatting to customer service. Order now arriving too late. Rude, dishonest and not helpful customer service.
