Pixart’s website provided incorrect and incomplete information on which I based my decision to purchase folded flyers. Minutes after my purchase, I got emails that changed the conditions (cutoff time and delivery date). I contacted Pixart immediately and asked for the order to be cancelled or expedited, and was informed that neither was possible. To meet my deadline, I purchased the project again from a local print company. This is the 2nd time Pixart Printing has cost me time and money because of misinformation. It's wholly unacceptable, and I will be sharing my review on multiple sites.
