Had some trouble recently with our oil fired Grant boiler. On one minute, off the next. Ellie at PJH has been brilliant at organising someone to come out quickly and take a look. And I mean really quick. It’s taken a couple of visits because it’s been difficult to diagnose the problem but it now appears to be an electrical fault. The key thing is how good they’ve been at finding someone to come out fast. And the two engineers who’ve been here, Ben, and in particular Ricardo, have been absolute stars. Very professional, very experienced and genuinely all round nice people. The boiler’s working right now which is great. The problem may not be 100% fixed until it’s had an electrical check. But if you want someone professional out fast, who understands how horrible and frustrating it is being freezing, and are great at trouble- shooting, you should 100% give them a call.
