Somehow, items in my cart arrived ten days later (but received an email the following day requesting I "finish checking out"). No order confirmation was sent and no one answered multiple calls/responded to voice mails. Someone finally replied only after I disputed charges. They claimed my email was wrong (.co rather than .com) but had since been corrected. I doubt order confirmations are manually issued rather system driven and when I asked to return items, they lied and said merchandise was on sale and could not be returned, refunded nor no store credit. I filed a claim with the BBB.
