My concern about not receiving my shirt was a delivery issue per the carrier and not an issue with Pladra. The owner of Pladra contacted me immediately about my concern and offered assistance in tracking if necessary. I received the shirt today and I’m very impressed with the attention to detail from Pladra. Their shirts are favorites with my husband, son, and son-in-law.
