Company is not based in the UK but France - the website was extremely buggy and difficult to use. We eventually received the item which was then wrong. So again we had it sent to us and arrived bent in half because they use poor packaging. As a company ourselves that personalise and ships items abroad this company has a lot to still learn about how to run a business well.
