bought 3 inner tubes and a water bottle. tubes were sent loose no retail boxes and bottle looked like it was used as a football it was so badly marked. got a email 2 days later saying they would replace bottle only if i made another order. this is a terrible company with a even terrible returns policy. stay well clear.
