So initially my product was lost and there was no response for 10 days. They finally did get in touch with me, and sent me the product again for free this time. Since they make it right I will do business with them. I would have given them a 5 star rating because their sleep product is fantasitc! It has helped me to fall asleep and stay asleep! I will review again after a month or two to let you know how my sleep is progressing.
