Plant people are great, but the website is really bad. I am fairly capable of using websites, I tried to reorder my Be Calm. It should have been a ‘no brainer’, but I kept getting dropped or recycled. I tried to get help. The ‘chat box’ had its own agenda. I tried to call. That didn’t go through. After 15 minutes, I got the order through. I hope you make access less complicated and your website easier to use and more user friendly.
