I feel myself more energized in the morning
I even told my sister that feels tired all the time to buy it. I open my eyes and Iam ready to get up and wasn’t like this before I always want to stay little bit more in bed, regarding sleeping first time I took I sleep pretty easy and almost the whole night however Iam in menopause and I have to take my melatonin again.
