Although I do notice a certain calmness, sometimes not enough to fall asleep as fast as I’d like. The reason I’m not reordering, and will change to tinctures, is because of the additional ingredients in the gummies, such as maltitol (derived from corn syrup) and isomalt (sugar substitute), and carnauba wax.
