I ordered and received some personised number plates from this company. The plates were of inferior quality and the transfer was not accurately presented on the plastic background. I complained to the company and was quoted a British Standard. As we know BS have plus/minus tolerances and plates direct might quote tolerances but vere in their quality to the minimum standard. The plates are thinner than plates now bought using the same BS standard. Think very carefully about using this company as they refuse to consider any refunds.
